Chemist - Construction material

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive chemical analysis of raw materials and finished construction products to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Develop and optimize chemical formulations for new construction materials, focusing on enhancing performance, durability, and sustainability.
• Perform quality control testing on cement, concrete, asphalt, coatings, and adhesives, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Investigate material failures and defects using advanced analytical techniques to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related chemical engineering field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in chemical analysis and formulation within the construction materials sector.
