Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the culinary arts and a passion for creating delicious dishes.
The Chef will be responsible for:
- creating daily menus based on seasonal ingredients;
- ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly;
- controlling food costs and maintaining high quality standards;
- developing new recipes and menu items;
- preparing meals for special events;
- overseeing the kitchen staff.
The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of food safety regulations, as well as knowledge of different cooking techniques. They should also have outstanding organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
