Chef – Ras‑al‑Khaimah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Ras‑al‑Khaimah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of creative dishes and leading the kitchen team.
Responsibility:
- Prepare, cook and present innovative dishes according to the standards set by the restaurant.
- Manage the kitchen staff including delegating tasks and ensuring all members of the team follow health and safety standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, correctly stored and correctly rotated.
- Manage stock levels, anticipate future needs and order supplies accordingly.
- Monitor portion size and presentation of all dishes served.
