As our Junior Sous/Sous Chef, you'll be a confident chef capable of running the kitchen alongside Head Chef whilst simultaneously supporting and coaching the more junior team members. Always ready to ‘hit the ground running’ whilst enjoying the fast pace of the kitchen, consistently producing top quality dishes under pressure. We are happy to develop and train any capable and willing Head Chefs of the future!
