Job Description
Chef / Kitchen Assistant required for a property in Bishop’s Stortford, which offers a BBQ restaurant and smokehouse. They smoke and BBQ meats in American traditional smokers and Argentinian charcoal grill.
As a Chef / Kitchen Assistant, you will be working at a junior level, as a 3rd member of the kitchen team. You will report to and support the Head Chef, and to the Second Chef, in both all the food preparation and kitchen operations.
If you have previous kitchen experience or a passion for cooking and love true good food and BBQ, we would love to hear from you. Looking for a kitchen team member that can grow in the role as part of an enthusiastic and hard working team.
The Restaurant is closed Mondays (sometimes on a Tuesday according to the business season).
The hours of the business operate mostly from the early evening weekdays and a Saturday and from lunchtime on a Sunday.
