Job Description
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As the head of our kitchen you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and ensuring the highest quality and standards are met. Your culinary expertise, leadership skills and passion for creating delicious dishes will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop menus and create new dishes while keeping up with current food trends.
- Oversee all food preparation including cooking, plating and presentation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations at all times.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers on budgeting, cost control and revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
