Chef de Partie (Steamer) – Chinese Cuisine Lead

Hilton Malaysia Kedah is seeking a Steamer (Chef de Partie) to lead a busy kitchen station and deliver consistently high-quality dishes that delight guests. You will oversee line cooks, ensure cleanliness, manage storage, and support cost control in a fast-paced hotel environment.
