Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and analyse recipes to assign prices to menu items.
- Prepare, cook and present customer order in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain proper consistency in food quality and service.
- Attend to customer complaints in relation to food.
- Requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment to ensure sufficient supply throughout shift.
- Responsible for stock ordering, keeping and handling.
- Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment by ensuring that the kitchen is clean, tidy and neat.
- Daily check of fridges, freezers, storage areas and etc to ensure all are in working condition.
- Assist in scheduling of staffs’ working hours and days.
