Launched in 2015 from a single site in our Soho Club, Natural Fitness Food has grown to thirteen Third Space locations today, serving Third Space members a range of nutritious meals and healthy snacks, high-quality and delicious protein shakes and speciality coffee. 2026 looks set to be a bigger and bolder year for Natural Fitness Food.
