Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join the Dante Mayfair culinary team.
Responsibilities
- The preparation and service of food within Dante Mayfair
- Manage and support a team of Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties on the section.
- Ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
- Working with and supporting Chef de Parties, Demi Chef de Parties and First Commis Chefs.
- Ensuring that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are always kept clean and tidy.
- Appropriate mise‑en‑place, stock rotation and portion control.
Qualifications & Success Criteria
- Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and Dante and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Hotel experience would be beneficial however not essential
