We are seeking a talented and adaptable **Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie (Leader), Demi Chef, Junior Sous Chef (Leader)**to join our culinary team immediately in the scenic Appenzellerland, supporting our 3-star, 4-star, and newly opening 5-star hotels with intentions to reach Michelin star status.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a first-class resort environment with two international hotel brands.
You will work in a small team of chefs, managing your own section and stepping in to support or cover other areas when colleagues are on holiday — so we need a true **all-rounder** with the versatility to handle a range of kitchen tasks.
