Job Description
Chef de Partie is needed for The Great National Hotels & Resort Group, Suite 15 Block A, Information Age Park Ennis, Gort Road Ennis, Co. Clare, Ennis, Clare.
Skills:
- To work with the Head Chef at the lodge and lead the kitchens in his absence.
- Experienced Cook to work alongside the kitchen team.
- Comply with all HACCP legislation and documentation.
