Chef De Partie Dollar Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £29,785 Hours: 40 per week
A private co‑educational day and boarding school in Dollar, Scotland, catering for 550 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of lunch, breaks and supper. This is a full‑time contract 52 weeks per year, operating 7 days a week. There is some ad‑hoc hospitality throughout the year. Additional benefit at this location is free parking on site.
We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Stirlingshire.
You will have previous experience working within a fast‑paced kitchen at CDP or junior sous chef level.
You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skill set.
