Description

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Manage the daily operations of the assigned section within the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work stations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Experience Level: 1–3 years in a high-paced kitchen environment.
