Chef de Partie
£14.65 per hour | 37.5 hours per week
Contract: 5 days over 7
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Chef de Partie to join our large, well‑established catering team.
This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a structured, professional environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high‑quality meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high‑quality meals in line with service and Company standards.
- Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times.
- Support senior chefs with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, health, and safety.
- Assist with stock control, food rotation, and effective allergen management.
- Work efficiently across all shift patterns to ensure smooth service delivery.
