• Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, croissants, viennoiseries, pastries, cakes, pies, tarts and chocolates.
• Follow and maintain standard recipes, techniques, and presentation guidelines established by the Pastry Chef or Executive Chef.
• Ensure all pastry items are produced with consistent quality, texture and presentation at the highest standards.
• Apply professional decorating and finishing techniques to enhance the visual appeal and overall presentation of each product.
