Chef De Cuisine

• The ideal candidate is a passionate culinary leader with a strong fine dining pedigree, proven Michelin-level standards, and a successful history of operating premium grill. The candidate must be highly guest-centric, commercially minded, and capable of elevating the Stratos Restaurant’s reputation as one of the region's leading upscale grill destinations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef successfully leading a high-end grill operation with demonstrated commercial success.
• Proven experience working in a Michelin-starred restaurant or Michelin Guide-recognized fine dining establishment .
• Minimum 6–8 years of progressive culinary leadership experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or renowned international restaurant groups.
