Chassis & Powertrain Ford Champ Hermosillo

Applicants will be evaluated to be in a Trainee program for product development area located in the Ford Hermosillo Assembly plant. The Team is made by two group of engineers belonging to two automotive systems:
- Internal Combustion Engines Propulsion and Thermal systems Engineering
- Underbody / Chassis systems Engineering.
The trainee will be assigned tasks objectives and training in preparation towards automotive industry from the product development area of Ford Motor Company.
**Required Skills**:
- English proficiency.
- Willing to learn and contribute from the technical perspective in Chassis and powertrain systems.
- Report and analyze data.
- Proactively support Manufacturing and design issues at assembly plant.
- Curiosity and willing to experience in automotive systems.
- Technical and oral proficiency.
- Attend and take assigned trainings to achieve the required skills to manage internal Ford systems.
