Chartered Quantity Surveyor | Maritime (HV & Civils) - (Expression of Interest)

The Opportunity

LOCKROSE is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of complex infrastructure works across a portfolio of civil and marine projects.

Operating within a regulated environment, this role will work closely with project leadership to provide cost management, commercial assurance, and forecasting support, ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved budgets and represent strong value.

This is a key role supporting the administration of NEC4 contracts, with a particular focus on compensation events, cost validation, and financial forecasting throughout both pre-construction and delivery phases.
