Charge Nurse Manager - Operating Theatres

At Allevia Hospital Ascot in Remuera, we’re hiring a Perioperative Charge Nurse Manager to lead and manage our General/Gynaecology/Plastics (GGP) team. The position is permanent full-time, working primarily Monday to Friday days.

Ngā kōrero mōu | About you

• NZ registration as an RN with a current APC
• At least 5 years experience scrubbing for General, Gynaecology, Plastics surgeries, with robotics experience desirable (we have a robotics programme)
• At least 3 years experience leading an Operating Theatre team within NZ or a comparative health system e.g. Australia, UK, Ireland
• Post graduate qualification in management and/or perioperative practice (desirable)
• Credible people leader, leading by example to build strong happy teams, where open communication and respect is highly valued
