Channel Strategy & Growth Lead

JDE Peet's is seeking a Channel Development Manager to shape retail channel strategies across our store networks. You will partner with the Channel Sales Head to align initiatives with the annual operating plan and drive growth.

You will analyze sales data, optimize assortment and promotions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure flawless in-store execution. The role requires 5+ years in FMCG trade marketing or distributor management and strong English communication.
