Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop CCTV dealers, system integrators, and solar installers in the regional market.
  • Collect up-to-date market and competitor information, then coordinate with the team to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage distributor customer maintenance and business development across all company product portfolios. Establish and update effective channel policies and pricing systems, and ensure proper implementation of market policies.
  • Manage sell-out performance and achieve key targets, including channel/dealer coverage, repurchase rate, old customer activation rate, and other KPIs.
  • Plan and organize channel branding and promotional activities, including but not limited to promotional campaigns, seminars, partner meetings, showrooms, brand shops, and tours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with an Engineering background...
