Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owns the industry and/or regional areas, evaluates opportunities and recommends conversion programs to support sales target achievement, integrating applicable best practices.
  • Develops and manages B2B sales channel and acquisition programs—planning, process creation, program roadmap, operational streamlining, budget management, and evaluation of ROI and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional teams beyond the Trade Marketing Squad and Sales Tribe, monitoring program take‑up, tracking progress against targets, implementing corrective measures, and reporting insights to the Trade Marketing Head, Sales and Marketing teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience.
