Job Description
Drive partner activation and pipeline growth as a Channel Account Manager with SysAid in North America. This role focuses on recruiting and launching new partners in the ITSM sector.
At SysAid, you will spearhead the development of our North American partner channel from scratch. You will manage 15–25 partners, ensuring successful onboarding and proactive engagement strategies. Your goal is to generate partner-sourced pipeline while leveraging the differentiated Agentic ITSM product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own 15-25 partners across assigned territory
• Execute activation playbook within 45 days
• Classify and manage partner portfolio effectively
• Recruit 3-4 new partners quarterly
• Support competitive engagement against rivals
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in channel sales or partner management
• Experience with technology resellers in a SaaS context
• Proven track record in meeting revenue targets
