Change & Problem Sr. Analyst (Medellín)

Job Description

As a Change & Problem Sr nalyst you will manage the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Change Management, Release Management, and Problem Management processes within the IT organization. You will ensure minimal disruption to IT services while allowing rapid delivery of changes and releases.

Your Responsibilities

• Change Management: organize and lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, facilitating discussions regarding proposed changes.
• Manage the CMO (Change Management Office) to meet policies.
• Develop the Change Management processes.
• Oversee the lifecycle of all changes, from request through implementation and closure, ensuring risk assessment, impact analysis, and documentation.
• Monitor change success rates, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve the effectiveness of the Change Management process.
