Diagnose, design, develop, implement and assess change management strategies and plans across multiple projects.
Conduct readiness, impact and training assessments.
Analyse assessment outcomes and implement appropriate change interventions.
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans.
Develop and execute communication, leadership alignment and resistance management plans.
Design and implement training, adoption and knowledge transfer strategies.
Assess the effectiveness of training and adoption interventions.
