The Change Manager – Operating Model is responsible for providing central coordination and oversight of change activity across TOM-related initiatives. They will ensure that change is sequenced, aligned and delivered at a pace the organisation can absorb. The role acts as the TOM Programme’s “air traffic control” for change, and ensuring a coherent narrative as the new operating model is implemented.
