Change Manager

A strategic and adaptable Change Manager who will guide teams on change planning and the seamless absorption of transformation initiatives at speed.

Major Accountabilities

Enterprise Change Delivery & Adoption

• Lead local change activities as part of the Transformation Office.
• Translate transformation priorities into localized plans aligned with market realities and business needs.
• Develop and execute change plans that support the adoption and integration of new tools and ways of working.
• Enable leaders to communicate and reinforce transformation priorities.

Enterprise Change Delivery & Adoption (Regional)

• Provide strong partnership and feedback loops with the regional Transformation office, applying the SunLife change framework and best practices.
