Change Management Consultant

<p><b><u>Job Description:</u></b></p> <p>We are hiring a <b>Change Management Consultant</b> to lead Organisational Change Management (OCM) delivery for a <b>large-scale transformation programme with a major German based telecommunications client</b>.</p> <p>This role will act as the <b>OCM Engagement Lead</b>, working closely with the Practice Lead, and will be responsible for <b>end-to-end change delivery</b>, with a strong focus on <b>Waas programs and working with Works Councils</b>.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Lead <b>end-to-end OCM delivery</b> for a large transformation programme (digital / operating model / managed services transition)</li> <li>Own and execute <b>Change Strategy, Plan and Roadmap</b></li> <li>Drive <b>WaaS related change activities<...
