We’re looking for a talented Change Manager to support major Defence programmes, helping our teams and stakeholders navigate transformation in highly regulated and secure environments. In this role, you’ll play a central part in shaping how change is planned, communicated and embedded across projects that directly support national security outcomes. You’ll work closely with programme leaders, end users and delivery partners to ensure change is understood, well‑managed and implemented safely, consistently and with minimal disruption.
