This role is crucial for maximising the return on investment of transformation initiatives by driving employee engagement, minimising resistance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

  • Transformation & Change Strategy: Develop and execute a robust change management strategy, including detailed communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, training plans, and resistance management plans.
