Job Description
The Change Integration Manager plays an essential role within the Change Integration function, serving as a strategic partner and effective support to the Group Head of Change. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily priorities, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and driving progress among Change, Technology, and Data teams. The position also acts as Workstream Lead for the COO function working closely with the Strategic Planning Office and other functional workstream leads, supporting the Canopius annual planning cycle and ongoing monitoring of the portfolio. Leveraging expertise in programme delivery, continuous improvement, analytical precision, and cross‑functional coordination, the Change Integration Manager contributes to the efficient operation of the Change function and sustains momentum on critical deliverables, enabling the Head of Change to concentrate on high‑priority initiatives.
