Change Analyst

We’re partnering with a Queensland Government department to recruit an experienced Change Analyst  to manage communication and change across multiple IT modernization projects. This key role focuses on implementing change plans, managing stakeholder adoption, and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Change Manager to implement change plans and strategies for new system adoption.
• Conduct and document change impact assessments (process, roles, technology, culture, structure).
• Develop and deliver broad and targeted communications across multiple channels (digital/print) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet with end-users to assess change readiness, gather feedback, and provide post-rollout support, coaching, and adoption monitoring.
