Working within the Training department, your role will be to assist on Training administrative and day-to-day tasks.

The role will support the Media Manager in end-to-end planning and implementation of media campaigns alongside the media agency of the three divisions: Fragrances & Beauty, Watches & Fine Jewellery and Fashion for the Middle East & India.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campaign Planning & Reporting

• Actively manage detailed plans with media agency and implementation of digital campaigns to launch in a timely manner
• Coordinate with media agency and Europe teams on campaign asset requests
• Work on reporting to Europe teams on budgets and campaigns
• Assist on internal reporting presentations
• Monitor the accurate delivery of campaigns and analyse post campaigns reports
