Job Description  
Lead the company's end-to-end IPO process, including DRHP preparation, due diligence, and coordination with bankers, lawyers, and advisors. 
Drive equity fundraising for both pre-IPO rounds and the IPO. 
Manage investor relations by acting as the financial face of the company, ensuring timely communication and reporting to stakeholders. 
Oversee financial reporting as per listed-entity standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and governance.
