  • Review Functional Capacity Outcomes (FCOs) and all supporting documentation to prepare for client assessments. 

  • Conduct vocational assessments and reassessments within required timelines and in alignment with Person First standards and HRA guidelines. 

  • Develop Individual Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAPs), collecting relevant data, identifying barriers, and outlining actionable next steps with each client. 

  • Discuss clients’ short- and long-term employment goals using appropriate vocational, aptitude, and industry-specific assessment tools....
