Job Description

            Locum CRNA - Wadena, MN  
Full-Time Call Required Multi-Specialty Cases  Assignment Overview   Location:  Wadena, Minnesota 
 Setting:  Hospital / OR suite with multiple specialties 
 Schedule:   Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 
 Call: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM nightly 
 Call Response Time:  30 minutes  
 Day Coverage:  2 providers, 3 ORs, 1 Endo Room, 1 IR Room 
 EMR:  Epic  
 Clinical Scope   Types of Cases:  General, Orthopedic, ENT, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry 
 Required Skills:   Spinals 
 Epidurals 
 Nerve blocks (peripheral, TAP, neuraxial, IV)  
 Caselogs:  Required (proof of spinals, epidurals, and blocks)  
 Required Certifications   ACLS, BLS,...
