- Practice Settings: Inpatient, outpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 4-5
- Support Staff: RN: 1
- Beds: 15 ORs
- Trauma Level: 2
- 4 endo suites
- Ambulatory surgery
Requirements
- Board Certified as CRNA
- Licensed in Minnesota or IMLC
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Trained in pediatrics for ENT, plus other specialties
