**Position Details**

+ **Schedule:** Part-time; schedule 12 hours per week
+ **Hours:** 10:15 PM to 6:15 AM
+ **Shift:** Nights
+ **Weekend Rotation:** Every other weekend
+ **Required Certification:** Wisconsin State-issued CNA Certification

**Job Summary:**

Assists in performing a variety of nursing care services for patients in a long term care setting.
