**Description**

**PeaceHealth is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- Rehabilitation Services for a Full Time, 0.90 FTE, Day position** . The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $22.35 – $33.16. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

**Important Position Information:**
This position is currently based at **Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend** and will transition to **PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital** no later than the end of **September 2026** . Caregivers hired into this role should be comfortable working in a rehabilitation-focused environment and understand that their primary work location will move from the main hospital to PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital as part of this planned transition.
