**Job Summary:**

**ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG)** is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join the Center For Health Servcies- Women's in Toledo, Ohio.

+ 3600+ births / year
+ Teaching facility for NP & Midwifery, medical students and residents.
+ 20 midwives in group - 10 practice, 10 OB ER/laborist
+ Privileges at Toledo Hospital
+ 36 hours/week, OB ER/laborist
+ Weekly schedule variable- 12-24 hour shifts in OB ER/laborist
+ Responsibilities: all triage, labor management, deliveries, NICU in house
+ 100% Inpatient
