Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Maintain Quality Department SAP System for incoming shipments.
- Tracking rejected and scrapped inventory and producing monthly revenue reporting for scrapped material.
- Schedule incoming shipments of raw materials for production and assist with coordinating the workflow of raw materials and service parts contract work.
- Arrange shipment of bad e-coated parts for stripping process to an outside vendor.
- Monitored departmental budget for supplies, cost center expenses and other related accounting duties.
- Create purchase requisitions for employee training, office supplies and equipment.
- Create charge-backs to vendors and suppliers for accounting and finance department.
- Follow up on open 8D’s and pending.
