Centre Manager (Student Development)

Our client is seeking for a people-focused leader who believes that meaningful growth happens when individuals are given the right balance of guidance, support and opportunities to develop.

As Centre Manager, you will play a key role in shaping both the student and staff experience. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help strengthen centre operations, develop student mentors, improve practices and build an environment where students are encouraged to grow, explore and thrive.

This is more than an operational role. We are looking for someone who enjoys developing people, building capable teams and turning ideas into practical solutions. You are someone who is comfortable bringing structure to a dynamic environment while recognising that lasting improvements are achieved through relationships, trust and consistency.
