Centre Director, Centre of of Excellence, Airport Innovation (Contract)

The Centre Director, Centre of of Excellence (CoE), Airport Innovation reports directly to the Governing Board and translates the Board’s strategic direction into an operational reality through its performance, direction and delivery of the CoE’s mandate across its three roles: Research and Innovation, Innovation Talent Developments, and Manager of Innovation Assets.

• Translate the Governing Board’s vision and strategic direction into a clear operating model, annual delivery roadmap, and multi-year strategic plan aligned to the CoE’s three phases;
• Develop strategy and operating plans for Board approval and ensuring alignment with the national aviation strategy;
• Provide regular, candid updates to the Governing Board on project progress, team-level performance, and organisational health, including semi-annual KPI performance reviews
