Provide detailed analysis and strategic recommendations to guide business decisions in the power sector for Cemex's cement operations.

Main Responsibilities

Analyze and propose short, medium and long term power initiatives under different scenarios (PPA, CAPEX, Leasing), improving the current CO2 roadmap that will lead us to achieve our Specific Scope 2 Emissions and Clean Electricity targets to ****. Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to analyze the identified initiatives and provide recommendations on the ones that should be prioritized based on financial results. Help draft and negotiate commercial agreements, such as Term Sheets, Memorandum of Understanding (Mo U), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Leasing and service agreements.
