Cement Plant Operations Leader

Synergy Expat Jobs in South Africa is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to lead a cement plant operations team. You will plan, direct and optimise day-to-day activities to meet production, quality and delivery targets while controlling costs.

The role requires 10 years cement-industry experience and at least 6–8 years in project planning and management, with strong budgeting, strategic planning, and safety governance to drive continuous improvement across the site.
