Production focuses primarily on Merlot, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay varieties which are all harvested locally.
Delegat Hawke's Bay winery is an advanced facility with a 10,000-tonne capacity, which houses all its equipment and facilities under one roof. In addition to our state-of-the-art winemaking equipment, our team enjoy the benefits of having reticulated services throughout the cellar, an automatic barrel line and coated floors.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Cellar Hand to join our passionate winemaking team at our Hawke’s Bay Winery.
