We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled Manager/Senior Manager - CDMO Sales to lead business development and sales initiatives for Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) services in the specialty chemicals segment, including fine chemicals, intermediates, and performance ingredients.
The role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing strategic customer accounts, building long-term partnerships with innovators and specialty chemical companies seeking outsourced manufacturing solutions.

Business Development & Sales Growth • Identify, pursue, and secure new CDMO opportunities in specialty and fine chemicals (personal care actives, home care, flavors & fragrances, pharma intermediates, agrochemical, performance materials, etc.).
