DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a motivated and skilled CDL Hi-Rail Technician with strong ethics, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety. This is a full-time seasonal position with start and end dates depending on weather conditions and workload.
As a Hi-Rail Technician, you’ll play a key role in spraying herbicide along railroad tracks while maintaining trucks and spray equipment. This role offers challenging, rewarding work with travel, training, and opportunities to grow in the vegetation management industry.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and complete assigned jobs/contracts.
Apply herbicides (weed, grass, and brush control) along railroads.
Mix tanks and calibrate spray equipment.
Perform daily truck inspections, routine maintenance, and system repairs.
