Requirements

• Staffing recruitment experience preferred
• Proven experience recruiting CDL Class A drivers (OTR, Local, Regional, Port, or Dedicated)
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements
• Experience reviewing MVRs and Clearinghouse requirements (or willingness to learn)
• High-volume recruiting experience with excellent organization and follow-up
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable keeping candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
